TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective September 2, 2026 · Beta

By creating an account or using ShowFuse, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. ShowFuse is currently in closed beta; features may change, break, or disappear while we build.

1. What ShowFuse is

ShowFuse is a discovery service for live music. We show you artists, shows, and venues, and we link you to where tickets are sold. We do not sell tickets. We are never the seller, seller of record, agent, or broker for any ticket.

2. Ticket links and purchases

When you tap a ticket link, you leave ShowFuse and go to a third-party seller (for example Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventbrite, DICE, or a venue's own box office). Your purchase is with that seller, under that seller's terms, prices, fees, and refund policy. ShowFuse has no control over and no responsibility for ticket availability, pricing, delivery, validity, refunds, cancellations, postponements, or entry. Show information is sourced from third parties and artists and may be incomplete or wrong; confirm details with the seller or venue before you buy or travel.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. Artist and Venue accounts represent real performing entities or venues and must be operated by an authorized representative.

4. Accounts

One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Artist and Venue accounts may be reviewed manually before some features unlock. Misrepresenting who you are is grounds for permanent termination.

4a. Claiming an artist page

You may claim an artist page only if you are the artist, or you're allowed to act for them (for example, their manager or label). Everything you send with a claim, including proof, must be true and yours to share. We review claims by hand and may approve a claim, ask for more, or say no. An invite we send you counts as our approval. Once approved, the page is locked to your account. If someone reports that a page is theirs, or a claim turns out to be wrong, we may freeze the page, remove its owner, or give it to the right person. A false claim is impersonation under section 7 and is grounds for permanent termination.

5. Subscriptions and paid features

During the beta, paid features are not offered. If and when we offer subscriptions (for example Listener Pro, Artist Pro, or Venue Pro), they will be billed through your Apple ID as auto-renewing subscriptions, cancellable anytime in your Apple subscription settings, with no refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant ShowFuse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so the app can work. Only post content you have the right to post, including music clips and images.

7. Prohibited conduct

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account), which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ShowFuse is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowFuse and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from ticket purchases, event changes or cancellations, third-party sellers, or your reliance on show information in the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid ShowFuse in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the beta, is zero).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use ShowFuse after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court.
